BLAU-BLEU-BLUE
is an official project of the European Capital of Culture "RUHR.2010". A special part of it is „TWINS2010“, a cultural exchange with the twin cities of the Ruhr-Area.
BLAU-BLEU-BLUE is an interdisciplinary and active exchange of art between the artists of the twin cities Dinslaken/Germany, Agen/France and Arad/Israel. Artists from these three cities work together in all three cities: May 2009 in Agen, April 2010 in Arad, August 2010 in Dinslaken, following BLAU-BLEU-BLUE exhibition will take place in Dinslaken.

The 1st BLAU-BLEU-BLUE-Meeting, 02-17/05/2009 in Agen (France)
In Agen we met 19 (temporarily up to 23) artists from France, Israel and Germany, and for two weeks we worked together in the „Centre de loisirs des Iles d’Agen“. The following categories were represented: painting, graphics/drawing, poetry, sculpture, photography/film and dance. In addition to our artistic work, the concept content was further processed. Two excursions into the surroundings and exhibition surveys completed the meeting. The press has repeatedly reported about our project BLUE BLUE-BLEU. In the near future, an extensive report will be appear on this blog, and you can watch the "BBB" video by Chris Lisiecki.
For the warm welcome of the Municipality, the Partnership Committee Dinslaken-Agen and the artist group Artefact, thank you very much indeed!
